I love your items is there a store where I can come buy the items? At this time Pawterre just operates as a web boutique. There may be a physical store location down the road and we will be happy to let you know if that develops.

Can you tell me about your shipping options? Shipping charges are based on the totel amount of your purchase. We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible. We offer basic ground shipping along with various upgrades. Shipping can be upgraded to priority mail, or overnight service. Saturday delivery is also an option if it is available in your area. Orders totalling over $150 before taxes will receive complimentary shipping. Please feel free to contact us if you have additional questions or concerns at info@pawterre.com. Please note that the deadline for expedited shipping is noon PST Monday-Friday.

When will my item ship? We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We ship packages Monday - Friday.

What is your return/exchange policy? We hope you love all your items, but if something doesn't work feel free to send it back. If you need to return or an item simply follow the link to the return form or use the form that came in your package. Please fill out the form and send it to:

We recommend insuring your package as we can not be responsible for lost or mis-directed parcels. What is your warranty policy? Because all dogs are different, we cannot say that a certain item will work for your dog, or that your dog will love a certain toy. Because all dogs approach toys differently, we cannot estimate how long a toy will last at your household. We do warrant that your item will be in new, undamaged condition when it leaves our store, but we do not warrant how well it will work for your dog. We have a few products that offer manufacturers warranties regarding wear and tear and they are listed in the item descriptions. In those cases you can send the item directly back to the manufacturer for a replacement item.
